Our aim is to capture the culture and vibrance of this remarkable geographical area through our unique food, drink and music offering. In its first year Paladar was nominated for a prestigious Tales of the Cocktail award in the best new cocktail bar in Europe category. It was also crowned "Best Overall Bar" at the Irish bar awards.
